linode在各种套餐之间升级相当方便，只要点下linode后台Resize即可升级到你想要的套餐，升级过后，所有的数据，配置环境，IP地址也一同转移到新的VPS上了。简直可以用平滑升级来形容，举例来说，如果数据不多，从linode512升级到linode768，也就几分钟的事儿。

如果你不想同时升级内存、磁盘空间、月流量，你也可以在linode后台点击Extras，单独购买内存、磁盘空间、月流量。不过据我初略估算，还是整体升级套餐划算。

Yes. You can upgrade from one plan to another by using our Linode resize facility. All your data, configuration profiles, and IP addresses move with you to the new server.

Without upgrading plans, you can still add “Extras” to your Linode. Extras are added instantly (some require reboots). Removing resources pro-rates the balance of the month back to your account so you only pay for the time you’ve used them.

linode升级套餐后，因为某些原因，可能不需要高配置的vps套餐，这个时候我们应该将vps进行降级操作，降级需要注意的是，要把磁盘大小调整到你要降级的那个低型号的磁盘空间，比如linode1024降级到linode512，先要将Linode1024磁盘大小调整到20480M，然后才可进行降级。
